I am thrilled to invite you to the 44th Annual Meeting of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society, taking place in Seville, Spain, from 8 to 10 April 2026.

EPOS 2026 promises to be an exciting and inspiring event, bringing together the best of our specialty for three days of learning, exchange, and connection. The scientific programme is packed with fresh insights, expert discussions, and opportunities to engage with colleagues from across the globe.

For the first time, this will be a joint meeting with our colleagues from the Asia Pacific Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (APPOS). I want to personally welcome them, encourage them to come and hope to further deepen our relationship and collaboration in the future.

My heartfelt thanks go to the members of the Reading Committee, led by Ilkka Helenius, for all their hard work in evaluating the huge number of abstracts and building up the scientific programme. Additional thanks to the EPOS Board, and our team at the EPOS Central Office – Ceylan Tokgöz and Sanni Hiltunen.
